Ned is a CPA with over 25 years of experience in public accounting primarily with closely held family businesses. He is a member in good standing with both the American Institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. He graduated from Duquesne University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and he also received a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Robert Morris University in 1986. In 2000, he obtained his CVA designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.  In addition, along with the firm's other professionals, he has completed numerous continuing education courses covering traditional tax and accounting services and non-traditional management advisory services.

Ned has been the firm's managing director since 1991 and oversees all tax, accounting and business development activities of the firm. He places extraordinary emphasis on his key advisor relationship with his clients. He is motivated to achieve outstanding client service as measured by both project turnaround time and value-added professional services.

Outside of the office Ned's activities revolve around his wife and four children.

Greg joined the firm in 1987 and was named a partner in January 2002.  He specializes in business, individual and fiduciary taxation, retirement planning and business succession planning.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Masters of Taxation degree from Robert Morris University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Gregg has worked in public accounting since 1988.  He joined the firm in November 1994 after working six years with a public accounting firm in Central Pennsylvania.  Gregg was named partner in January 2002.  He is in charge of accounting, auditing compliance, and business valuations.  Gregg brings a vast amount of audit experience with small businesses, non-profits and governmental organizations.  In addition, Gregg handles the Peer Review function for other accounting firms.

Gregg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics/Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988.  He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1990 and a Certified Valuation Analyst in 2001.  Gregg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Jeff graduated from Duquesne University in 1982 with a BS in Accounting & Finance and received his MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1989. Jeff's thirty years of experience include equal roles in sales and operations with: PNC Financial, GE Capital Corporation, AT&T Capital Corporation, Lucent Technologies, and Cisco Systems.

Jeff leads the business development efforts of the firm as it leverages its expertise in accounting to assist clients in maximizing the value of their business investment. EG Conley provides a variety of services aimed at identifying, monitoring, and improving the business's value.

Interests outside of the business include enjoying time with his wife and four children.

Bob joined the firm in January of 2004 after working for another local public accounting firm for four years.  He is involved with our compilations, reviews, audits, business and individual taxation, retirement plan administration and business development services.

Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Mercyhurst College and MBA from Robert Morris University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

John joined the firm in 2010 as a tax manager. He has over ten years of varied experience in both public and corporate taxation and accounting. John graduated summa cum laude from Robert Morris College with a B.S. in Accounting, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

John is originally from Wexford and now lives in Mars. Outside the office, he is active in his church and enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Angela joined our team as an analyst in September of 2002.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh in May of 2002, earning a B.A. in Accounting.

Angela is originally from Butler County, now living in the North Hills area.  Outside the office, her hobbies include sports, community service, and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer joined the firm in October 2008 as a Senior Management Accountant after spending twenty+ years in the private sector as a Controller with a concentration on closely held businesses.  Jennifer graduated from La Roche College Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance and an emphasis in Accounting.  Jennifer is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Jennifer resides in the North Hills with her husband and two daughters.  Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing the piano.

Mike joined our Team as an Analyst in January 2012 after working for three years at a local public accounting firm. After earning his B.S. degree from Bethany College, he went on to pursue a Masters of Accounting degree from Chatham University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in May of 2010. He brings experience in a variety of areas and has recently passed the CPA exam.

Outside of the office Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and baby, and can be found playing softball or golfing during the summer.

Nicole joined our team as an analyst in September of 2010.  She graduated from Robert Morris University in 2010, earning a BS in Accounting.   

Nicole resides in Washington County.  Outside of the office Nicole enjoys to spend time with friends and family, listening to music, working out, and assisting her sister in coaching the Junior Varsity cheerleading squad for Fort Cherry High School.  Nicole is currently studying for her CPA.

Bill joined our Team as an Analyst in December of 2011.  His experience includes work with another local accounting firm and a Big Four firm since graduating from California University of PA in 2007 where he earned a B.S. in Accounting.  Currently, Bill is pursuing his CPA license.

Kay is the Compliance Administrator for the firm. Her area of expertise is Payroll Tax and Sales Tax compliance. She is also the Administrative Assistant for the firm's scheduling function.

Kay started 'temping' at E.G. Conley, CPA in 1998 while attending Carlow College studying for her accounting degree. She was hired full-time with the firm in 1999. In May of 2000 she graduated from Carlow with a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management.

Outside of the office, Kay is busy with her three children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her activities involve Community Service, reading, shopping, and walking.

Patty is responsible for all administrative support for the firm. What she enjoys most about working at E.G. Conley, P.C. is the amiable atmostphere and the interaction with clients as well as the team members.

Patty joined E.G. Conley, P.C. in January of 1999. She is a graduate of Duff's Business Institute and has attended Robert Morris College. She has also had the opportunity to live and work overseas.

Bob began his internship in January of 2012 - he is a junior at Malone University in Canton, OH where he is studying accounting.  Rob is looking to take the CPA exam soon after graduating college.
